Exchanges and Return Policy

Rachael Newman Studios, LLC guarantees the workmanship of its products.  If an item is damaged or breaks and you feel that the cause is related to workmanship, please return it to us for complimentary repair or charge. If an item is damaged or breaks due to a mishap or lack of proper care, please contact me to discuss repair options. If you change your mind after purchase, under most circumstances, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within 7 days of receipt of the item. Returned items must be in good condition and show no wear. Rachael Newman Studios, LLC does not offer return or exchange of custom items. We do not provide cash or credit card refunds.

Due to the rising costs of credit card fees,  a 3.5% fee will be added to any and all credit card fees on purchases made using credit cards or merchant portals (PayPal). There is no additional fee for payments paid with checks or cash.
